600+rwhp?

Truck is a 06 CCSB, I'm looking at doing studs and egr delete then the fun begins. I'm kinda new to diesels but here's what I'm thinking...
225cc injectors
4" MBRP duals-no cat or muffler
SCT with Innovative tunes
Nitrous (100-125hp)
Water/ Meth injection
Batmowheel
Powermax-if money allows

Is a CFM smallmouth intake worth it?

Truck will be daily driven, pulled from time to time, pulls goose neck trailer maybe twice a month and drag raced every weekend next summer. What kind of power would a set up like this make? Will it hurt anything running 225's with a stock turbo? Thanks for any input, got about 7-8 months to get it together

Re: 600+rwhp?

225's on a stock turbo is way to much. It would be smoky and hot as hell. Your gonna need a bigger turbo.

Re: 600+rwhp?

225's will destroy a stock charger and trans in a short amount of time. i run them in my truck you cant even think about towing unless you have compounds. i run 900-1300 degrees on the highway just cruising.

Re: 600+rwhp?

I think you might wanna go with some 155's and a powermax would be a good setup with some decent tuning. But were not talking about 600hp

Re: 600+rwhp?

The small mouth CFM elbow would be a waist of money for performance but for looks it is worth it IMO. I have one and really like the looks and I am sure it performs at least as good as stock so I dont mind.

Re: 600+rwhp?

I'm more concerned with power then towing. It runs 14.7's right now with tune and no muffler. I want it to run low 12's all day long.

Re: 600+rwhp?

you're gonna need a 66mm turbo for those 225cc sticks then. You can get away with running 190's with the powermax w/batmowheel and should put you almost near the 550 range. Then the nitrous will give you the rest to reach the 600hp mark you're lookin for.

2004 F-350 SC 4x4 6L....little bit of this...little bit of that

Re: 600+rwhp?

Think you may want to reevaluate your goals and coin on this one. Should be no question of getting a turbo with that kind of hp goal and the injectors you chose. Compound that with the thought of towing a goose neck trailer. Not happening. Lets not even get started the transmission issues your going to have.
