Who has had problems with their powermax?

I have had the powermax in my Ex for just over 4K now and can't get my boost over 20, all of a sudden.
For those who may want to ask, yes my map, baro and ebp are all within 0.5psi KOEO. Checked the boots on my turbo and they are in good shape and the air cleaner is only a few months old.

Just trying to see how many failures there have been and what part is failing.

Re: Who has had problems with their powermax?

I pull between 10 to 12K and I don't see anything over 20psi with my PowerMax. With the stocker, I was up around 30psi. Obviously I'm not spinning the PM as fast as my stocker and that's good news.

Whose tune are you running?

Re: Who has had problems with their powermax?

The Edge will not monitor boost correctly. Do you have the ISSPRO boost gauge tapped into the intake elbow?

Re: Who has had problems with their powermax?

Overnight I lost all of my top end in stock, Looney and Vivian's Street tune.
I used to read over 28 on my Insight in Looney and 26 stock when I really got on the skinny pedal.

Re: Who has had problems with their powermax?

No, as stated in my first post. I have had the Powermax in for just over 4k, it was installed in late March.
The problems were not there Monday and then Tuesday it went south on me.

Why do you say the Edge isn't correct?

You see, in this world there's two kinds of people my friend....those with loaded guns, and those who dig.

You dig.
