Road Armor

Anyone recently (last 6-9 months) purchased and installed a RA front bumper? Anyone running their Titan 1 version?

I hit a deer recently and can upgrade or stay stock. The ads look great but I need some real world pics and thoughts on their quality. We all know they have changed their operation around so let's not dig up the past. I'm hoping their quality and customer commitment has gotten better.

You see, in this world there's two kinds of people my friend....those with loaded guns, and those who dig.

You dig.

Re: Road Armor

Installed a front one on my 08, Id say the qaulity is just as good if not better then any other bumper ive seen (ARB, Iron bull, fab fours, Iron cross etc.) welds look real nice, mounting brachets and everything fit perfectly. They also did a nice job with the powder coating, and the four light holes for the fog lights is awesome. Im not sure what the titan 1 is mines just the base bumper with the light bar. Its pretty damn strong It feels like I could slam a fat deer goin fast and it wouldnt budge..I think you would be real happy with one!

Re: Road Armor

Brian I ran the rear bumper remember, I would get the bumper in Raw form so you can paint it or do whatever you want to it.

Re: Road Armor

Agreed..have it bed lined. The powder coating looks nice but rocks take there toll and you can start to get rust spots..mine hasnt yet in the 3 months Ive had it but my buddys is so Im probably gonna have it sprayed.

Another vote for Herculiner or something similar. I have it on my truck and it makes a world of difference.
