Best injectors for me

Ok im a new guy here im normally on FTE but yall seem like you can help me in the performance world a bit. I am looking at getting injectors and a turbo. thing is, i tow during the summer and its 12k or more usually when i hook up. i need to keep it to where it will drive great everyday but still tow and be super reliable. I want to do 190cc but im afraid its going to get to hot. 175cc are what im thinkin i need to run but if i can go with 190cc i will. also what turbo will keep the egts down. i dont want to go over 1600. i max out at 1400 now and thats around 100mph of course on my race tune. im thinkin the elite ssx but i have been reading that they only last for about a year. i was originally going to go with the powermax but heard my egts will still be to high.

Also need an opinion. i have the two options in mind about injectors. first option is warren diesel for 1450 with one year warranty and using my injectors. second option is industrail injection for 2500 brand new with 1 year warranty also. what would you do get new ones for a tad bit more or use yours. kinda stuck on what i want to do

Re: Best injectors for me

IMO..get Full Force 155's..good for 500HP and lots less EGT problems than larger Inj's towing heavy. Power max will work great. PM me if I can help.

We only carry the BEST parts and never compromise just to get a sale.

Dealer for: Full Force, Tymar, BTS, Icon, Pure Performance, TW tunes, just to name a few.

Re: Best injectors for me

well when i tow it can be for a long period of time. i have a government contract right now that is 6+ hours away from me and i will have to tow my 35ft gooseneck up there whenever they call and i usually have to haul my skid steer and sign post and things like that. would it be ok for the long haul or should i stick with 175cc. i dont have the money for full force or else i would have gotten them already

Don't let the Full Force cost scare you away. There's no substitute for quality and workmanship.

You see, in this world there's two kinds of people my friend....those with loaded guns, and those who dig.

You dig.

If the truck's your bread and butter, and money's tight, I'd leave them stock.

I know that's not what you want to hear, but what's it gonna cost you if you're down, and waiting for a replacement stick to get built?

I'm not gonna lose anymore money than I need to because of my truck. When I buy injectors, I'm getting a set of 10. The cost for the two extras is less than a day lost at work.

Re: Best injectors for me

155's, an ad2, and a powermax. i would not go with 190's just because you said you do alot of heavy towing and with 190's either your going to get a turbo to match them that lights easily or one that is very laggy and you have a hard time keeping it lit while towing. Call adam at FCDP he will hook you up with everything and answer any questions you have, hes a great guy to deal with!

Re: Best injectors for me

All the guys here have given you good info I would deffinatley recomend going with a reputable injector builder and forget about the cost. Your gonna get what you pay for when it comes to injectors. Turbo's can be the other way around though. I would talk to the person who's gonna build your injectors and let him tell you what you need for your applicatioin. Sorry I can't help you in the sizing department I have a problem called " Balls to the Wall" I couldn't put a full cooler in the back of my truck.

10's ???
