I spoke to 06f250powerstroke about his 64mm and 155cc inj. He said at only WOT the highest it would get is 1,300*. But that is at WOT with the turbo spooled. He did not tow, and it would take some good time to get that combo to work.
The only concern I have with 64mm non vgt is the spool time while towing. Im sure it will get very hot.
Im not sure how W/M or an upgraded intercooler system would do with decreasing the high egt's before it spooled. Once it did spool, heck yea they will help.
specs on the turbo compressor is a 70mm exhaust is 68mm with a 1.0 housing its a precision bb billet wheel turbo. Did have some malfunctioning 225s in it but I have some 275s on the way. But I also have a procharger with it so I didnt really think it fit in this thread. Doug thinks I could spool it with that much fuel tho.
