Re: Tuning question

Love my xtreme street from Eric....imho

2005 F350 ex-cab long bed, 4x4. SRW. Big tires, bolts here and there...deleted a few things, added a few others, a couple monitoring devices.

Re: Tuning question

Some of these trucks have been know to blow head gaskets stock. If you add any tuning your chances of needing gaskets and studs goes up. Its just luck of the draw.

Re: Tuning question

thats because tuning really wont have much of an effect of blowing the gaskets... its just going to make your existing problem more noticeable

its the plugged oil coolers leading to blown egr coolers that blow the gaskets, as well as heads not being flat from the factory which has been the case many times.

Re: Tuning question

search around, most say 3k-3500 for a cab off stud-delete job. But finding a good reputable shop is the problem. If you want to travel I have a buddy that can do it, but its 5 hours from you.
