Xstreet vs xrace

I'm fixing to get studs and an egr delete and thinking about upgrading from the street to the race. My question is how much faster is the race tune ? Also is the fuel mileage the same? Btw my street file is a stock headbolt tune.

Yes the race tune is a faster tune and there really isn't an increase in MPG's. At least i haven't been able to resist the urge to nail the skinny pedal enough to find out.

Re: Xstreet vs xrace

I have no dyno numbers or times but extreme race seems much faster judging by the seat of the pants meter. Not sure about fuel mileage.

Re: Xstreet vs xrace

I'm wondering myself. My fat-butt truck scoots pretty good with the XTreme Street tune.

Re: Xstreet vs xrace

The main difference in the tunes is the shift points and tc lock up, power is a little different as well but the main thing you'll notice is the shifting

That's what I was thinking. Can't really see it being too much more power-wise.

Re: Xstreet vs xrace

personally, for daily driving id recommend extreme street because the race file is a little more difficult to run in the city if you catch my drift... lol
