MAF sensor help

Ok im swaping a procharger setup over from a 05 truck without a MAF sensor to a 06 truck with a MAF sensor. Question is what are the rules for the sensor? Does the intake tube have to be the same size as stock? Does it have to be so far from the procharger? I remember Doug talking about it on Danny's truck but I dont remember. What do you do with the MAF sensor on a compounded truck?

Re: MAF sensor help

We just put the maf sensor in basically the same spot as a stock truck. In between the air filter and atmosphere charger so I would do the same with the procharger.

but dont you have the filter directly on the inlet of the procharger? There isn't an intake tube between the filter and procharger inlet on your setup where you can put the MAF sensor is there?

Re: MAF sensor help

Already built a intake for it that has a larger filter on it and is pointing down. The piture with the filter directly on it was a old one.

Re: MAF sensor help

sorry for all the questions on the procharger setup cutting-edge. It just looks like a very clean setup that i might be interested in doing someday.
