Few questions

I have a 2006 psd and was wondering if it would be safe to put sct on it I have s$b cai with hi flow intake tube and 4 in straight pipe and Pryo gauge I just wondering if I don't drive it like a hot rod and be careful if it would be safe? Thanks for the help

Thanks for advice My sct tuner had to have new software before I could even use it so that's why I'm questioning myself before I out it on because I still haven't gotten it back yet

i would recommend getting custom tunes from a reputable vendor on here, better for the truck and will run a lot better

i would also reccommend an egr delete and studs. neither are necessary but id rather get the done before your head gaskets and cooler go

I read that sct has a tune for egr delete idk about it being 100 % true though and with my studs the dealer I bought it from said I shouldn't have to worry about gaskets un less I go up and above on the horse power but I'm sure you guys have been in same boat as iam in now and no what's rite so that's why I'll probably just put studs in down the road

If you get a custom sct tune, you will describe to the tuner what modifications you've done including an egr delete. When they write your tune, they will write it so that it takes the delete into account, eliminating any cel lights caused by the delete. I run tunes from two different tuners and haven't had an issue with any of the 6 tunes i run with my delete.

i put a autometer pryo in it today so that should allow me to keep close eye on egts
