Driving down the road pulling a camper in my 2006 f350 and it suddenly started shaking. All engine vitals good. Went away then came to a stop and it came back. Hit a bump then it went away. Wheel bearing? There wasnt much shake in the steering wheel more like the whole truck. Drove the truck a long distance without camper and it drove fine.
In addition to this, could be an alignment issue, or even a weight balance issue. If the tongue isn't loaded heavy enough, or even too heavily, it can cause similar issues. However, those generally remain present for the whole trip. I would be looking more at worn out components like he said, or a bad alignment.
Have you towed this camper before without issue? Are you using a weight distributing hitch? Lots of variables here.
