Truck is stuck at my work parking lot. Just fixed my parasitic draw yesterday, was a bad brake light switch.
So this morning was leaving work and the truck cranks for a bit but dies.
Before starting the bats are at 12.8, as soon as I turn the ignitions and the FICM
staters doing its thing the bats drop to 11.8. Once I try to start it, during cranking it drops to 10.4.
Just replaced to alt, it is charging at 14.5 at the back of the alt, however it takes about a minute f running before it gets to 14.5.
I tested the FICM
yesterday and it is at 48.2.
Also load tested the bats yesterday and they tested good. Any inputs?
Just wondering if the starter seems to be pulling the volts down to much.
Looking for inputs so I can fix it. Right now I'm hanging out till I can get a friend over to try to jump the truck.
