2004 6.0 boost but no power

Looking for some help diagnosing my baby...... Never a beat but now when I hit it its all noise and no power..... Took some data to see if anyone can tell me anything. In park right after cranking it coolant at 92* ficm 48.50, Vgt .67, eot 81.49, icp.28, ipr 5.58 hot in park ficm 49.00, vgt.67, eot 201.77, icp.23, ipr 3.99 any help would be appreciated

What is your ICP and IPR doing when driving steady and then when going WOT?

2004 Excursion 6.0
New HPOP/HPO system o-rings; Updated standpipes and dummy plugs
EGR delete; Rebuilt oil cooler; CCV collection mod
VR Black Diamond head gaskets and ARP studs
Oil and coolant bypass filters; Shell EC-1 coolant
Rebuilt turbo; 250 amp alt; 6000 watts of brain scrambling
One giant 240 pound English Mastiff riding shotgun!

Key on engine off. Ebp 14.1 baro 14.6 ipr 14.7 map 14.7 key on engine on. Ebp 16.5 baro 14.6 ipr 24.4 map 14.8 I'm stuck any help greatly appreciated
