Exclamation Begging for help! Short or back grounding between brakes and running lights...

I am at a loss here and after (unrelated obviously) having to replace the HPOP, Oil cooler IPR, and sensor 2 weeks ago... extremely out of money.

Key on or off, when you press the brake pedal the running lights, cluster backlight, and door chime activate (door chime only activates key off though). The tail lights also flicker after they are on for a minute or two. I have checked the grounds at the rear and the ones i know of under the hood and by the fuse panel in the dash. Any help is appreciated.

One of the tail lights blew a filament, and it shorted itself onto the other filament in the bulb ( brake/ running light)
I would just replace both of them

I haven't done the led taillight convert, so I can't say anything about that.
There is the third brake light melt down issue on some trucks too.
