Injector help

Hi Hello PSN - I recently had a injector replaced on my 07 . Now it’s now running rough my mechanic who I trust told me to “drive it it’s trapped air” and the problem willl works it’s self out. I have driven it over a 100 miles and same roughness. Should I keep driving it and hope it goes away? I have done just about everything to this truck new heads, gaskets , studs, egr, oil cooler , I originally brought the truck in to get the front cover gasket replaced and new water pump upon doing the work it was noticed that one of the injectors was pushed up into one the heads. Injector was replaced and now I am having the issue. Any feedback is aprecuated

Re: Injector help

Welcome! An injector was pushed up into the head? Hmmm. What exactly does this mean?
I did my front cover gasket this summer. No part of that process would expose the injectors.
