Replacing cowl wiring harness

I recently purchased a 2004 F250 6.0 King Ranch and the cowl and wiring harness cover in front of it were broken. I have a new cowl and wiring cover but am not sure how to attach the wiring harness cover to the lower cowl. There are six slots on the truck body for mounting them but the slots don't have anything in them. Did Ford originally have clips in those slots and use screws or push pins to mount the driver and passengers side cowl pieces? And did they user bolts/screws for the three slots where the wiring harness cover mounted on top of the two cowl pieces? I would love to put the new pieces in the way they came from the factory rather if possible unless there is a better way to do it.

Thanks for any assistance to a newbie!
