I am new to this forum, but not new to diesel. This weekend I changed my 2006 f250 6.0 egr cooler oil cooler, and blue spring upgrade. Finally got it back together last night, and now it won't start. It turns over, acts like it wants to start, but won't. Almost sounds like a fuel problem. It is throwing codes po267 cyl 3 injector circuit low, po335 crank shaft position sensor a circuit malfunction po676 cyl 6 glow plug, p2617 crank shaft position sensor signal output circuit open.
I have been told that po335 and p2617 are common after this repair.
definitely a couple ideas, you opened up the HPO system, allowing air to get in. after this repair a no start is very common. how long did you crank the truck over for ? IMHO what to do is crank the truck over for 30 seconds .. ( yes use a timer ) let it sit for couple minutes.. then try it again, crank for another 30 seconds, usually towards the 20-30 second mark of the second cycle of cranking it starts to fire over and start. unless theres another issue somewhere preventing it to start.
do you have a way to monitor ICP pressure and ipr % ?

when ever you crack the hpo system on an 04 to 07 leave the ignition off.take the icp out on passenger side valve cover and spin the truck over with the excite wire out under the hood passenger side.spin the truck over untill you see oil come out the icp port then stop and put icp in and truck will fire right up if everything is in check.if you leave the sensor in on those motors that have the icp in the hpo tail it tends to grid lock the system and make it hell to start.but if you will do it the way i stated it will fire a lot faster.
the cam/crank codes are from extended long cranking times just clear them out.after you have ran the truck for a few minutes.shut truck off and take the icp loose and you will hear the air escape.put the icp back in and crank truck and drive till your content truck is running good.
