Procedure for jacking/barring 6.0 engine over

I have an '03 F250 6.0 that just blew the EGR with a resulting hydrolock. I was able to get all the glow plugs out without breaking anything. My question is how do you bar/jack this engine over by hand? Do you have to remove the fan/fan clutch assembly to get at the center pulley?

Just get on one of the bolts in the damper on the crank. There are 4 bolts there, but you can turn it over by using one of them. 18mm I think they are.

Oh, and put the truck in neutral.
