ford 6.0 turbine in turbo has chips, something bigger?

Hi everyone.
So i opened my turbo up to find the turbine (exhaust side) has serious chips on the tips of it, the vanes inside and the unison ring have "cavities ". Should i be worried there is something bigger than just the turbo repair?
What do you guys think about the turbo, should i just get a different one or just replace the turbine?
also anyone know wheres a good place they sell quality turbines?

I bought the complete rebuild kit including 360 bearing the unison ring and wicked wheel.

If it were me, I would just buy a used turbo and use your rebuild kit/ WW2 on your next turbo. Another option would be to contact Wind Runner Performance and see about getting yourself a new turbine, vanes, and unison ring.

Heat has a wonderful affect on metal. That turbine was HOT at some point. I'd suggest a fresh turbo from any of the better turbo builders on the boards.

You see, in this world there's two kinds of people my friend....those with loaded guns, and those who dig.

You dig.

I agree--if I were you I'd start monitoring EGTs quickly. I'd want to know why this has happened so I could prevent it from happening again.
