Right wheel wobble braking, grrrr, noise in wheel

F250 6.0 2005.
My front wheel has a wobble when braking, and grrrr noise in wheel.. Now ac only blows from defrost. Could this be a bearing or something that may be causing a vacuum leak.. Thanks

Hub, ball joints, brakes, etc. Time to start digging into the front end :)

is it possible for there to be a vacuum leak in the hub?

Could be. Typically a bad hose. Don't think that would be your problem withe the shiimy and noise but anything is possible. Ive read some on the vaccum leals but haven't dealt with any myself.

Wobble while breaking could be warped rotor (if your feeling it in the break pedal) or worn hub bearing or in addition worn front end parts (if your feeling it in the steering wheel) , the grrr noise is most likley hub bearing. Start with checking the front end parts, then move to 4wd vacumn issue (if replacing any worn parts doesnt correct the defroster issue).

Ok, just had a new hub assembly installed.. Took care of wobble and noise..
Vacumm pump must have run too long, it still comes on but can only feel a slight sucking from port. Pump keeps trying to run erratically when plugged up. Anyone recommend a place to get new one that's better or cheaper than dealer. Thanks

I'd check the whole system for leaks first. From what I've read sometimes it easy and sometimes it hard to find the but I consider this along the lines of electrical trouble shooting and hate that as well lol

The pump should run to satisfy the reservoir, so most likely a leak. I think the pumps are around $80 so make sure you really need one

If after you check and confirm no leaks, you can pick up a pump from Amazon... i just replaced mine, and the new pump is extreamly quiet and a direct fit.. no complaints.
