truck vibration

Just installed a set of Warren Injectors and the 6.4 banjo bolts truck cranks great and runs ok, but when driving and truck rpm starts getting around 12-1400 rpm it starts like a gas engine with a plug wire off. Any suggestions FICM voltage is 47.5-48.0 fuel pressure stays at 65-70 lb all looks find from edge cts.

Re: truck vibration

What size injectors? Do you have anything to pull codes off of the computer? Or to monitor engine data? Watch ICP desired, actual, ICP voltage and IPR duty cycle.

Re: truck vibration

Get us vehicle speed, RPM, ICP voltage, IPR duty cycle, FICM voltages and VGT duty cycle, when it starts doing doing that.

Re: truck vibration

Did you clean the injector sleeves and mounting holes? May have a loose injector.

Re: truck vibration

I didn't clean sleeves or mounting holes on this I guess never really thought about that but to late now.
It only vibrates around 12-1600 rpm after passes 2000 rpm clears right up and runs smooth

Re: truck vibration

The problem will not get better on its own. Could get a lot worse and do some real damage.
