Body mount vs. subframe bushing vs. ???

Evacuate my ignorance, but I'm lost when looking at these things. I've found that the knock my truck is having in the rear is due to worn out (damn near completely gone) bushings. They Re where the rear of the cab meet the frame of the truck. When I google to find these, I come up with complete kits for 150.00-200.00 or single mounts from 25.00. They call them body mounts, while some call them sub frame mounts. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please???

Anyone have body mount bushings they reccommend? Or that they have used? I could really use some part numbers.
