6.0 blow white smoke and died

I have 05 6.0 ps had egr deleted and head studs done bout month ago. It ran fine last night then this Mornin it cranked right up I let warm for bout 10 mins then backed out and it stared to miss and studer. I went bout 1/8th of a mile and it died I couldn't get it to crank then when it did I reved it and smoked like crazy white smoke and died again and want start back. I don't know what it is. Not using any coolant or anything.

Need to have it scanned and see what codes are stored. That's always the first step.
