6.0 engine rebuild

So I picked up a used 2003 6.0 engine. Engine had 80,000 and was diagnosed with a bad camshaft by a diesel shop. Turbo, ficm, and injectors are gone.

Just looking for ideas to start a rebuild.
Would the best way to go be to buy a rebuild kit? Or just put together what I want. I want to just build a good and reliable daily driver. Maybe a bigger turbo and larger injectors but not tell I get the small stuff done.

I will start with
Egr delete
Arp head studs

Not sure where to go from there. As I'm some what still new to the 6.0 platform

You might want to start with a good cam and lifters.

What did you have to give for it?
