6.0 huffing blue smoke when engine cold

I have a 05 6.0 2 weeks ago had arp head studs egr delete. I have a sct with mpt tunes and snow water/meth. It just started last week whenever truck hasn't been cranked I crank it and let it warm up for few mins no smoke when start up but as soon as I take off it huffs smoke and does it at every take off until temp gets to 170 then no more smoke. Runs fine no miss or anything plenty of power. I've already put hot shot secret in it.

try running it without the tune for a little while and see if anything improves. It sounds like its getting too much fuel while its not up to temp.

I tryed that I ran it on stock for couple days and smoke was still the same. The only thing that improved it some was running the dog out of it. It was like real big huffs like enough to see floating off and after I run it hard for like few hours now it's just small huff at take off

you might want to check the psi coming off the degass bottle... Might have a warped head and loosing some coolant into a cylinder.. I know you said blue smoke which would be fuel but sometimes can be confusing.

Other way to go would be hook a scanner up to it that can do a cylinder contribution or can graph cylinders and see if one of the cylinders is over/under contributing. Could be dumping fuel into a cylinder... Would normally black smoke though

Ok how can I check the psi on the degass bottle because my main concern is make sure ain't a head. Witch with arp studs and new gaskets done just few weeks ago I would hope that's not what it is

I'd hope not. Did you get the heads warped?
