starting/dies

06 f-250 FX4 with the 6.0, over the past few days I've been having problems starting it (go to turn key and nothing but I have full power, cycle key about 5 times and it will fire like nothing is wrong. Starting but keeps cranking and cranking (like its starving for fuel) and eventually dies or will turn over and just stall.) I had the batteries, starter and alternator tested and they all checked fine. I replaced the key switch but that didn't help with the key issue.
Now when I cycle the key the glow plug light stays on way long after the truck has been started.

Any suggestions?

Re: starting/dies

ficm and fuel psi checked ok. I replaced the starter (which was needing replaced) and I was getting codes for #2 and #5 injectors. My question is, is it worth to replace them all or just replace the bad ones? Also the ICP sensor (which has been replaced 3 times before) is acting up again, any suggestions for this issue?
