Chasing a no start condition! Help!

Hey everyone, buddy of mine has an '03 f350 6.0/6spd and it's not starting.
He has new ipr valve icp sensor, brand new injectors, he's getting fuel to the bowl, ficm just repaired by Ed @ficmrepair , truck turns over and just doesn't want to fire.. He's been working on it for a long time and is out of ideas.. Anyone have anything to check? Thanks

Re: Chasing a no start condition! Help!

Check ICP, FICM voltage, fuel pressure, and see if it has sync. If somebody just did the injectors and didn't get them torqued correctly the compression will go by the copper washer and aerate the fuel system. That is usually caused by not blowing the oil out of the injector hold down bolt hole. I'll bet I've seen that mistake at least a dozen times by now.

Ficm voltage is perfect, it has sync also, icp voltage also checked out. It be injectors, but he did have them professionally done.. But I guess they could obviously have made a mistake .. But he ran 2000kms on the new injectors, ever since the ficm died it hasn't ran.

So after all that work, it ran fine, but started the no crank issue after the FICM died?

And the fuel pump isn't making a sound

See if you have 12 volts on the pump, if not it is most likely the fuel pump relay. On a 03 you won't find the relay because it's integrated in the fuse panel
and is not serviceable, you'll have to change the fuse panel.
