Another 6.0 no start, please help!

I just got done with headgaskets / studs / powermax turbo job on my 04 6.0 excursion.

5 gallons of oil (Bulletproof oil cooler and GIANT filter)
ELC coolant
Bulletproof EGR cooler,

I have / had (Scan gauge II diagnostics anyhow, Is all i have to work with)

ICP slow to climb, but topping out at 1350 ~
IPR 14.8 KOEO no reading while cranking
FICM logic power 47vKOEO 45 KOE cranking
Batt + 11.5 while cranking
No codes pending or current
I cranked on it for probably 10/15 minutes (10/20 second intervals) cause i thought it was a bunch of air in the HPO system.

I will double check the values on everything after sitting overnight on the charger. It drove into the shop and ran great (minus the cylinders leaking into the cooling system)

But what else should I check? What other things should I do? I'm $4K into this project, And i don't really want to take it to the dealer ship for a freaking no start!

Sounds like a hpo leak, do you have the updated dummy plugs and stand pipes?

Re: Another 6.0 no start, please help!

I got the updated 1 piece stand pipe, (the one from the HPOP feed on each head)

They refused to show a second piece, (dummy plug right?) But to me that looked like a drain more than anything. It didn't seem to go anywhere. From what i've read it's the newer less issue prone 12mm head style?

It seems like it wants to start, But I'm guessing the air in both systems is causing the failure for now.

With that batteries charged in the morning i'll give it another shot.

I do show an RPM signal when it's trying to start, But by that point the batteries were so weak it wouldn't do any more.

UPDATE!

She runs! the freshly charged batteries gave it a good crank for 10/15 seconds. IPR hit 450/550 Blamo! fired right up.

I think it helped that I relieved some of the built up air pressure in the engine side fuel bowl. With the system empty and not enough oil pressure, The air had no place to go. The moment i cracked the bowl open you could hear it release.

1 hour of run time, shutting it off and starting back up at random ~ No issues "fingers crossed" no cold / hot start issues!

Another proven instance of how important strong batteries are! Especially on truck that's just had the HPO system opened up. Takes alot of effort to get the air out of the system.
