E Series Stall, WIF Light & Glow Plug

Hey guys, got a e series in the shop. driving down the road the water in fuel and glow plug light will come on and give it a dead pedal. Ive seen a million threads about this but no one has an answer. No there is not water in the fuel, yes i drained it, yes it has new motorcraft filters. this is an electrical problem, just seeing if anyone has a solution to where it is. Thanks

For some reason I'm thinking there was once a TSB out about this. Might be a good place to start. What that TSB was... I can't recall! Sorry.
