stick with T6 or go to dino oil for summer towing?

So I am currently running T6 and was wondering if I should switch to a non-synthetic for warmer weather and towing season? Used to have to do this with my 5.4 half ton or it would use a quart before each oil change. Thoughts?

I run t-6 all year but I also have a 7.3. I never use oil between my 7000 mile oil change mark. The t6 still has the 40w protection for the heat as the dino oil only better protection being syn and faster flow when cold as its 5w compared to 15w.

If you have used (worn) injectors, run 5-40. If you have new injectors (modified solenoids) run 15-40

The dealership put 8 "new" reman in about a month ago but they are stock solenoids. So I should be ok with the T6 on those?
