Unhappy 6.0 running rough little to no acceleration

Hey guys I have another topic on here but found new problem. Truck will start and idle rough and heavy fuel smell in the exhaust. I wasn't getting a code on my outlook so I unplugged it and plugged in a handheld code reader and got codes p0121, coc95, and c0900. I know code p0121 is throttle position sensor but don't know what the other two are. Would the throttle position sensor cause my symptoms. I have done a volt test on the FICM and all three test were 48 volts. I cleaned my turbo and replaced fuel filters.

Here is all what I have done to the truck with in the last year and half
powermax turbo, arp head studs, black onyx head gaskets, oil cooler, egr delete, blue spring upgrade in fuel regulator, coolant filtration system, custom ccv mod. Within the last two weeks #1 injector, new HPOP and IPR.

About 2 years ago BULLET PROOF FICM.

I am running a Bully Dog programmer with Outlook and straight exhaust after the cat. Truck was running great and getting 18.2 mpg then all the sudden this problem. I have tested everything that I can and cannot get the p0121 code to delete could this be the culprit to all my problems.

I don't see P0121 causing your problem. Those "C" codes I have no idea, I've never seem them before. I can't even find "C" codes in Alldata.

Thanks I didn't find anything on the other codes either. I have talked to some other guys on this forum and a different one and they all think it is the FICM. I have ordered the AE software for my laptop to do a thorough diagnostic trouble shoot and go from there.

heavy fuel smell I would think maybe a leaking injector? Maybe you didn't tighten down the #1 enough and burnt out the copper ring? Usually they would lock up but its possible maybe the cup is damaged?
