Question 6.0L Rough idle

hey guys so im here becasue im having trouble figuring out whats wrong with my truck heres the play by play.
when the truck is cold it has a hard time starting this morning it was a bit cold last night but it started right up 1021icp and normal hot running 641 i have the scangauge 2 ipr seems normal VGT is high at idle but while driving gets into high fortys to low thirtys. Good?? bad?? idk. um but here is the thing that gets me im driving my truck like any regular person but when i have to step on it to get up and go real quick it dosent have a problem but when i let off the accel the truck starts vibrating the whole truck and sounds rough while driving and even rougher at idle. instead of a clean idle sound it sounds like this. da da da da da da da da da ect... i think it its a oil preassure problem or maybe a fuel system problem?? idk what it is. CAN ANY ONE HELP ME?????

Re: 6.0L Rough idle

Sounds like stiction. There are some band-aid ways to try and deal with it, but the only way to 100% fix it is with Ford re-man injectors
