Looking for options

So I installed an edge insight monitor on my 03 6.0(210k,all stock, straight pipe, egr valve disconnected) and so far I love the monitor. My issue is my ect and eot deltas seem to be about 20 degrees apart(ecgt 188-192 eot 210-220). I havent gone on a long drive yet( flat road, constant speed, ect.) so Im starting to thing its time for an oil cooler. I have searched the web and found a really inexpensive doorman replacement cooler($190). Anybody try one of these doorman coolers?
I have also found some of the ford coolers for $330 and up. when I replace the cooler I will do a flush before replacing the cooler and also plan on doing an egr delete (one less thing to worry about).
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

My exhaust makes more horsepower than your import!

Re: Looking for options

I'd go OEM only, not worth it to cheap out IMO. Do the flush in advance, so you don't knock any sediments loose, after you put in the new oil cooler. Do the delete at the same time too.

Re: Looking for options

I was hoping that someone has used the doorman. Ford part is sssoooo expensive!
I installed a doorman replacement degas bottle last year on a camping trip. The original developed a split and was spraying coolant all over. So far the doorman part has held up.
