Re: stock exhaust question??????

Stock down pipe would have had a flange pre-cat. Sounds to me the previous owner installed a full turbo back kit, and just hacked in the cat for emissions reasons.

Re: stock exhaust question??????

Cat delete pipe comes with a flange, and is 3.5" pipe. I'm assuming you probably have a 4" down pipe. Why not just buy a length of 4" pipe, cut your current exhaust in front of the cat then remove it from there to behind the muffler, and have that straight 4" pipe welded in to fill the void. Make sense?
