Best dually tires for the money?

Looking at replacing my 4 back tire with stock size tires on the dually, I believe they are 215/85/16. I really don't drive more then 2000-3000 miles a year, half the time pulling about a 10K fifth wheel. I want to buy some good riding tires that will last and are safe for the least amount of money. Right now I have a couple of E load rated tire brands that I am looking at that run around low $100s, but don't know if they are any good. Kumho, Hankook, Yokohama, BF Goodrich, Cooper, etc. any advice? Looking at a site called tires-easy.com

I thought 235/85/16's were stock size, maybe not.

I like coopers alot, and have had great luck with them.

I'm running 6 Goodyear Duratracs and I like them better than any tire I have ever had but they are pricey.. When I bought the truck it came with Hankooks and they wore pretty good, the only reason I got rid of them was they were not much good for plowing...
