I've got the dom tubing.where is everybody getting the bushings and joints.ballistic has em but they are pretty expensive.I'm not looking to cheap out on em though.post up where you found them and what prices you payed.thanks
And one more thing.... Don't get the weld on bushings. The ones where you would have to notch the tubing.
Get the bushings that are threaded and get a tube adaptor so if you wanted to preload them you can. I can't period mine because I have a solid bushing on the rear and a threaded ballistic joint in the front.
Another vote for Ballistic. Great people to deal with. And my opinion... I got solid steel "rod" (I guess thats what its called) and just got our local machinist to thread one end with left hand threads and the other end with right hand threads. That way, all you have to do is turn the bar to either lengthen or tighten them so you won't have to listen to them clanking around.
I was going to use these for the axle brackets on my traction bars but was wondering the diameter of the axle( think it is 3in) and what offset do i need?
I have everything except the 2 fordged poly bushings. ballistic is out of stock of these in the 9/16 bolt hole. Does anyone know where to get these at besides ballistic?
