i have a 03 F350 with the 6.0. its 4 wheel drive. now a few weeks ago me and my girl did alittle off roading. not to crazy of a trail. well when i got back on the main road and took it out of 4 wheel drive every time i made a hard left or right there is a click-click-click noise coming from the front end. and the faster im going to faster the clicking noise. what might this be? i have had the ball joins checked and been told they are good. could it be the hubs? if so how much and how hard is to to change the hubs on the truck?
I ran into a problem of the same sort but mine ended up being the exhaust was swinging over and hitting the rear end when i turned left... maybe check it out?
