I found theses on ebay from a company called "Diesel Care & Performance" From Memphis i believe. The kit comes with 8 injector nozzles, Internal & External gaskets needed to rebuild the injectors. Also needed is a special tool to remove the stock nozzle to replace it with one of there nozzles. There cost for the tool is $75.00.... I was just wandering if anyone knows anything about this kit an if its worth it or not. They sell 40, 75, 100, hp nozzles each kit is $595.95 each. Thanks in advance for the feedback guys. :ford:
Q: I would like information on the hole size and flow rate, why don;t you publish this information on your listing? A lot of time and money was spent on the development of this product. This information is propriertary and we cannot publish it, other than to give you the horsepower increase.
When you find a shop that sells you nozzle upgrades by horsepower ratings rather than actual nozzle size, then refuse to give you the nozzle size............ run away quickly.
guys not to bust your bubble  . but there is a lot to know about this injection system and a nozzle upgrade on 96cc injectors is just well....not money well spent the only way to get power /fuel out of these injectors is to increase speed and volume of fuel ,and in this injection system is not as easy as a common rail motor .guys sorry a lot more to it then that but if we all told ya how to build them then we would"nt be in business and be able to support our customers
No kiddin? Is that why we told the OP not to spend 600 bucks on nozzles? Putting nozzles on 98cc injectors is like wiping before you poop. It just doesn't make sense.
im not doing injectors i just wanted to know about this kit..
