Well....any information would be helpful.
If you have the time I'd appreciate it.
I want to something similar, but I want to do it the right way and info from somebody that has already done it would be great.
I don't want it to be like riding in an apple wagon.LOL
No ride at all you know.
Did you replace the bump stops in the rear? How about adjusting the pinion angle?
When I dropped the rear of my F250 I had to replace the bumpstops. I had .5" of travel before I was hitting. I had drive line vibration at 75 until I shimmed the rear end to correct the pinion angle.
The DJM is the best kit to lower a Ford truck, with out a doubt.
i just pulled the bumpstops.....pinion angle was corrected also........BUT i do have a rear end shimmy from about 59-68mph, i cant seem to figure it out...re-did pinion angle and re-balanced the rear tires i just cant seem to pin point it
i changed over to the 275 front b/c they stuck out pretty far, farther than the back does. the wheels are only a 20x9, and thats part of the ballooning issue for the tires
alright sounds good I hope my 20x10s won't stick out too far
