I like the idea of this thread though, for strictly apparatus. Geuss I will have to get some pics tomorrow...only problem is we are running 3 spare trucks right now:doh:
My personal collection of emergency vehicles. I have a few more - a '66 Superior Pontiac Bonneville Ambulance, and a '67 and '72 Superior Cadillac Combinations that are a little rough.
Here is our F450 we call the "Hurricane". It has a positive pressure ventilation fan, a cascade system for refilling air bottles, a generator, drinking water etc. It runs on every structure fire.
Hey we have a 2004 F450 Patrol. with a 250 gallon skid with a fire pump in it. Our other truck is a quick attack F550. Crew cab DRW. Ill try to get some pics up..
Both the '74 Ford and the '71 International were bought from the Chief, and had just been transfered to back-up status at the time I bought them. But no, they aren't actually in-use at this time.
