Just installed my Harley headlights a couple of days ago. I've noticed that they are fogging on the inside on both sides (see along the bottom). I also installed HID's at the same time. When I put them in, it was upper 60's outside and ever since then, it's been much cooler. Is it possible I trapped warm, humid air inside them and the temp drop caused them to fog or is there another issue? and ideas?
Did you buy the lights off of EBay? I had to replace one of mine and it was the cheap 75 dollar one and it did the same thing at first. It all fine now though.
well if it's a seal issue, i'd like a new set since they're brand new. but since its both of them, i wonder if has anything to do with my original theory...
The eagle eyes that I bought had a note in the instructions that said some of the headlights will build condensation on the inside of the lenses. This is normal and will disappear after a few days.
Same here, mine would fog up when the weather changed, but it would go away after a little while. Can't beat them for the price.
