Fuel bowl drain valve o rings

Just wanted to let the forum know that Ace Hardware of all places has our o rings.

They call them a #90 o ring, made by Danco Corp. Part number 35870B.

You can find them in the faucet section.

I emailed Danco, and they confirmed they are made of Nitrile.

Total cost out the door was around a $1.98.

Re: Fuel bowl drain valve o rings

I thought that the nitril orings are the reason for the fuel bowl leaking because of the new fuel?

I replaced mine with fluorosilicone, they were a couple more dollars, but way better for the fuel used today.

how much did you pay for these fluorosilicone o rings? for $1.98 or so, i think i could afford to change them a couple times a year with the nitril o rings.
