6.0 blue-ish smoke at idle and at starts

Ive got a 2006 F250 with the 6.0 sct and exhaust and about a month ago it started blowing some blueish smoke only when idling and when getting off a dead stop I returned the programming to stock and still got the smoke, I'm not very experienced with diesels but I'm pretty concerned, no check engine light either, any help is much appreciated

Since it started it's been between 40 and 70 degrees out but a little worse in colder weather
