They are really big with the desert guys apparently. As of late they have been running a serious marketing campaign. They just came out with the DOT approved version of there race tire. They do have a big following.
Yes they are huge with the desert crowd. Seems like everyone and there mom is running these tires know. They are a way better tire on the street then bfg projects that everyone use to run.
If you could let me know how they do, I would really appreciate it! I was planning on running them since my truck will be a desert truck, but I am stuck living in the snow for the mean time hahaha
One tire ya lift look at is the dunlop rover m/t maxx traction i had them on my old truck very aggressive but good road manners and seemed to wear good but i only had about 5-6k on them
So what are they wearing like? Pretty good? I'm liking the way they look[/QUOTE]
The red is not as bright as it was when I bought them, they have 4k on them now and they are still sharp, the dimples on still on the face of the tire.
General does say to use a shine on them to keep the color, but I dont use that stuff.
Now if they would start to make some larger sizes. 35 is it. They need to get to at least 37. I am surprised too as that is a major tire size for many of the desert runners. I woudl like to see up to 40s like most the other names offer.
Tarm, I think the same. I wanted to see if I could get a 37 in there but they didn't maky anything but a 35x12:50 which kinda sucks.
