We just built 6 sets of these manifolds and they are Beauties
one set is going on Matt from Spartans truck
one set is on Coles truck
one set is going on the parts truck
Which leaves us with 3 to sell
They will have to be purchased of the sight and when they are gone they are gone. We may do another run down the road depending on what the market responds. I gurantee these babys will hold up to any amount of back pressure or heat we are going to throw at them. 100% stainless steel and use factory gaskets. If you want them coated you are on your own . Here is what I learned from the headers on the farm truck. Increasing the exhaust volume to the chargers with my collector sytle headers creates a lot of lag. Seems to work well up top but I will probably switch out to this style when I pull my cab again this X-mas. They are factory replacements and can be used with the stock up pipes
Ya they are nasty to build. Way harder than it looks. The time it takes to laser cut the flanges and then machine shop time and then special welding procedures to not warp the plates and all the port work when done it all adds up. What you may be overlooking from my welders "simple idea" which it was on how to build these is that the T's cant drop through the plate. The plate has to still match the gasket or it wont seal on the bottom side. I probably should have got these coated so no one would know how we designed them but I probably wont be making many more anyways here if the market demands I will send a set over seas.
I dont think 1599 per set was that bad. That will include shipping
They are a very nice peice.
Like I said I will probably switch to this set up on the Farm truck as well
We wont be doing any more up pipes in the immediate future. May be late this year. problem is everyone asks for stuff but then nobody wants to pay for it. People wanted a gate kit that takes pressure of both banks so we built it and no body wanted to pay what that costs. People wanted manifolds well here they are and.....
Sucks it's getting so close to Xmas. I just shelled out a chunk and I really wish I could get these. Hopefully you continue to make these. I
sure people will pay for the quality. Welds all look amazing
Those do look nice. How do they compare in flow to 6.0 manifolds? they'll bolt right up to the block with way more flow than 6.4 stockers, but custom up-pipes are needed, which eliminates the weak point of the factory up pipes. Just wondering what your solution is for up pipes, as they seem to be a weaker link than manifolds. The flow looks amazing from the pics. Nice work.
I have not seen any aftermarket 6.0 manifolds come through here but You would have a hard time flowing any better than these babies. I should take some pictures of some stockers.
Rudy is taking a set so 2 left now.
