If you are running a D rated tire on a truck that is from the factory not suppose to run anything under an E that may not be such a good move. With the way people sue and insurance companies are these days you better hope you do not ever get a blow out or flat that causes damage to your or anyone else vehicle. Either of the insurance companies find out those are lower rated tires then whats suppose to be on there you are gonna be in trouble not to mention what LE will have to say about it. Just something to think about.
Take all the senders and put them in the spare. Some 'D' range tires have close to the same rating as 'E'. If you tow or haul alot I would not use 'D' rated tires.
That's nice some have gone in and the ford shop would not lower them stating liability issues. It ws on 2010 Model that I prsonally know it happened to. Kind of sad.
