Hey guys heres a few pics of when I had my cab off putting in my injectors, springs, headstuds, fuel system, turbo, etc....They arent in any order. I always like to see pics like this figuered I would post a few up.
No its all 00 cab and bed. I put the 05 front and mirrors on, and the truck has a full king ranch interior in it. Ford didnt/doesnt build KRs with a manual so you just have to build it the way you want it. IIRC Ford didnt build any 7.3s at all in KR. Its also factory 00 green with arizona biege tu-tone same as the KR trucks.
I can probably have the cab up faster then you pulled it out the front, but if/when I gernade this motor I may try pulling it out the front. Just to see if there are any pros too it.
Well I had to replace the oil pan so either way the engine had to come out. And I don't have access to a 2 post lift either. I had the engine out in just under 6 hours. I know pulling the cab is faster but only if you have a lift. It is nice working on the engine with the engine out or the cab off either way its a lot easier.
