I tore aprt my drivers side wheel last night to check started, when I got them off there was some gunk back there so I cleaned it all up and check my hud for play and everything was tight and my needle bearings look good. my question is should anything be greased in there? I just soaked everything down with wd40 to get the gunk off and everything clraned up nice. I'm gonna check my passenger side today and wanted to know before I started.
Ya, I think you should grease up those needle bearings. I know this has been addressed somewhere on here. There's an awful lot of info on here, and sometimes the search feature will take a good bit of time to get thru. But give it a shot. I thought I saw something on here, Welcome to guzzle's Ford PSD Web Pages
I've read all the hub threads I can find throughout the last couple of days. I just can't find anything about what to grease and what not to
