Dan 60 rotor?

I have a Dana 60 front end on my 96. One of my rotors are shot. I went to a couple local parts store. When I explain to them what I have they are clueless and keep trying to hand me a tiny rotor. I had to go thru the samething to get the right caliper.

My real question is how do you get the rotor off. Do you have to pull your manual hub cover off and then get some kind of puller? My Ol' man went to a store while I was at work trying to get the rotor and ran into a ford "machanic" who said to get beat it from the back and it should just pop off.

Thanks in advanced for any info. I need to get the beast back into action!

You have to pull the hub and then press (beat) out the studs. The rotor will then come off the hub.
