I think you can pull 1.4x if the track is sticky. I could've came out harder, but I was still testing things out. My intercooler pipe kept blowing off. I have to fix up the piping before I run it again.
Louis won his big race that he built the truck for on the week end.
I guess Laboratoire Diesel..??.. showed up with a bunch of "1000HP Cummins and Duramaxes" to beat him. They must use ricer math because he said there was no one even close to him in the 1/8 mile. There was no times just heads up racing. He made 19 passes through out the day and cleaned house. Anyway he is hooked and wants to send me the truck on a train this winter but I am not sure how many projects we are going to take on this winter.
Also he mentioned the low trap speed may have been due to a nasty head wind in the 11.54 passes.
Anyway There is no NHRDA division in eastern Canada so he may come down to Kansas and run for fun. He said he may even pull the fifth wheel hitch out if he heads down
Here are a few photos. They closed the local Street and put on this 1/8 mile event. You can not see any times but by the photos show them "1000HP" cummins quite a ways behind.
He is back to the track this Friday for fun so we will see if he can break 11.5 with hardly any mods.
