Well tomorrow should prove to be an interesting day, Elite diesel nationals where Rudy is going to see what his truck has in her since the new build. And also there is Craig with his truck "******" lol where he is going to show us just how fast 1089hp is. Good luck to you guys. Rumor has it Elite is going to have a couple nasty trucks there. Best of luck to everyone. We are all waiting to see what's happens.
Craig this week has bolted on some super high performance parts from Elite so maybe we'll see the first 1100hp powerstroke
When you spray nos the correction factor goes out the window. I ran 11.6's in saltlake when it was 105 outside, I ran the same at my track which is 1000elevation.
It all depends, if you have enough nitrous to compensate for the altitude change then your good, but i sprayed everything i could at sea level, so i lost when i went to altitude. Spooling seams to be the biggest issue. Also gotta be carefull not to overspin the charger(s) with less air and more nitrous...
and working quite nicely with some Elite conventional 350cc injectors
3950 psi no problemo at full throttle, and the IPR has a way to go if it needed to
Aaron also got a new trans since the last one was toasted. We're going out to the track tonight for some dial in stuff. I, of course, will be a spectator since I already know Eeyore runs 19's @ 71 mph consistently
Yeah, the spectator part didn't work out so well since I barely finished getting all my crap together for the event tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing all of you that can make it.
Fried the tq converter again, its gonna be a long night at Elite. Just finished with Craigs tranny and fixing an oil leak. About to start my tq converter. Made 1 pass tonight. 7.4 @ 101 with a 2.0 60 foot and the converter was done. Hopefully the event tomorrow goes good for both of us.
Big day!! Good luck to both of you! I know the trucks have a lot of firepower in them, just hope they stay together.
Craig... You know the drill. Return lane texting is a must lol
Don't forget about Brian (powersmoker). He is set up to run at Scheids this weekend. Lets hope he can keep his rag together and run deeper into the 10's with a 7.3.
